Nemo is interested in finding a new home. Please read what his family has to say about him below. He is not at the shelter but safe at his home until a perfect new one is found. "I have a special needs cat that I'd like to try and re-home. He has a food allergy that causes sores whenever he eats dry cat food (grains?). I've been trying for about a year and a half to get things under control by feeding him raw foods (eggs, hamburger, fish, etc.). He got better for awhile, but what with him being an outdoor cat and 1 of 4 pets, I haven't been able to keep him totally out of dry food and he has gotten bad again. It has gotten to the point that for his sake, I think I should try and find him a home where they can better cater to his needs. Nemo is a handsome Tabby Gray color with a white belly, chest and legs. He is already neutered and UTD on vaccines. He will be 3 around July-ish and is EXTREMELY affectionate. His ideal day would be sitting in someone's lap and being scratched under the chin non-stop."
