Meet Spanky, a 5-7 year old, gorgeous husky boy.  Spanky is so sweet and craves attention.  He came with his friend Darla.  both were living in a small pen outdoors.  They are learning indoor manners but they are quick studies.  They will do better in a home with lots of structure and consistency.  Come out to one of our adoption events to meet them.  Saturdays we are at Unleashed by Petco, 3605 Sandy Plains Rd.  Marietta, GA from 11-3.  Sunday we are normally at  Roswell Petsmart, 12-4 this is on Crossville Road next to Trader Joes.  Roswell is weather permitting so check our facebook page the morning of the event.

About Releashed Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Releashed Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing working dogs from high-kill shelters, rehabilitating those that need training and rehoming them into permanent loving homes.

Releashed Rescue will provide food, shelter, basic necessities, medical treatment including shots and spay or neuter, and work to train any animal going through our program. Our goal is to find the right family to love and care for the animals for their lifetime.

Releashed Rescue has a vision of a world where animals are not killed because they are inconvenient. Instead, we hope to educate the public about pet over-population, spay , neuter, humane treatment of animals and how animals can enrich the lives of people including the elderly, children and those with disabilities.

Our Adoption Process...

The way the adoption works is you complete an application, which we review. If you have had previous pets (like a cat or other dogs) we do a vet check to ensure they are up to date on shots etc. Then the last step is a home visit to basically ensure there are no obvious dangers for the dog in the home. The fee is $300.
