Reggie's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Reggie's Story...
Reggie is another Dane we got from the Brownsville shelter. He is pretty young, about 10-months-old and still very much a puppy. He is current on all vaccinations, recently neutered and he is also HW neg.

Reggie is very sweet and good with people and other dogs. He hasn't had much training, but should not take much to make him well behaved, well adjusted pet. He like to play, so it will be good if he goes to a home with other dog(s).

Watch Reggie on FOX 7 News.

If interested in giving Reggie a new home, please fill out the adoption application on our website.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Reggie, a Austin Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Austin, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in Austin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Austin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Austin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Austin paves the way for another one to be saved.
