Sheldon's Story...
Sheldon came to us from No. ILL. He was found at the site of a fatal car wreck and no one claimed him. The vet says he is right around 1 year of age. He is the sweetest dog you will ever meet. He loves everyone and wonderful with the other dogs he plays with. He is neutered, vaccinated, groomed, flea prevention applied, dewormed and microchipped. The rescue pays the microchip enrollment fee. He is playful and loves his stuffed toys. He is gentle. He comes with a collar, leash, toys, food and all medical records. If interested email Karen at rotsaver@aol.com for an application. His adoption donation is $ 250.00.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sheldon, a Paris Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in Paris, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Paris.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Paris already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Paris breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Paris paves the way for another one to be saved.
