My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

GEORGE
Born ~ June 4, 2015, Seal Point Siamese Mix.

George and his little brother Toulouse were picked up from a shelter by their foster mom. The two little guys had been there for about a week.

George is a seal point Siamese mix. He has blue eyes like the color of the water in the ocean. His little chocolate brown paws and dark ears are just the bees knees. He looks like he is wearing little brown booties! He has a light cream-colored body. George has very faint stripes on his legs that almost mimic his brother's.

George was initially a very reserved kitty, and it took his foster mom a couple of weeks to get him to relax and to enjoy being held. After working her magic on him, he is now a little shadow and follows her around constantly. He is usually the first one to climb into her lap for rubs or to take a nap.

He can be found within 3-4 feet of her most of the time when he isn't playing. George is always found sleeping on her or above her head on her pillow at night. He is just such a sweet little guy. When she holds him, he faces her, unlike being held like a baby, almost as if he is holding her, too, so he can give her a hug…how cute is that!

George is a laid back boy. He hangs out with his foster mom most of the time unlike his wild little brother Toulouse who is always running around chasing something or trying to climb something. If you want to make little George happy, give him some chicken flavored treats, which he actually prefers over fish flavored treats. When George lies on his foster mom, he is very content and just sits and watches what she is doing or takes a nap.

We prefer that these two little boys, who are quite opposite in their personalities, but very loving towards each other, are adopted together. They are always grooming each other and playing around very nicely. Their favorite activity together is wrestling time! They are normally found sleeping together. They both meow when they can't find each other.

George eats wet and dry food and is litterbox perfect. He is fostered in Davis, CA.

For more information about George, contact Tiffanie at (408)507-6830, e-mail her at tiffanie.t.r@gmail.com or fill out an Adoption Application.
NOTE: We always require families with children to bring their children to the adoption appointment, so we can observe the child’s behavior and how the cat reacts. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interest!
