I am a sweet, gentle, easy-going girl who enjoys hanging out with my family. Ideally, my forever home will include someone who likes to include me in their activities. I follow my humans around from room to room and even help with yard work. Additionally, I enjoy car rides, road trips, and running dog-friendly errands.
My foster mom describes me as a good girl with great personality who is delightful to have in the house.
Although I do not require a lot of exercise, I enjoy going on walks and have stamina to keep up on long hikes.
At night, I prefer to sleep in bed and under the covers. I do very well with kids - I let them hug me, kiss me, and snuggle me, and I love the attention! I walk well on my leash, sit on command, and come when called. My family can take toys and food from me with no problem.
I am a mature girl with spunk and personality. I am easy to have around because I am pretty mellow but will play when invited. Additionally, I know how to run next to a bike or skateboard while I am on my leash too. I will even put on a show for you while I play because I throw toys to myself and chase them. Give me the chance and I’ll quickly win you over.
Please note that while I enjoy playing with some dogs, and do well with other dogs while out in the world, on hikes, and on walks, I would prefer to be the only dog in the house.
We encourage you to come out to an upcoming adoption event (posted on the home page of our site) and meet several of the dogs in our rescue to help you determine the best fit for your family.
Personal introductions can be arranged upon completion of an approved adoption application - http://www.pbrsd.com/forms/adoption.htm
