Blanca's Story...
This 5 yr old is just a lover! Stuck at the shelter with a foxtail burrowed in her tummy she's had a hard life. Waiting for the right family to come along and rescue her - She has alot of love to give! Already housetrained and obienced trained for the most part she looks for a family to share her life with and share her big heart. True to the Cocker breed she is very nosy and is a furniture dog. An INDOOR dog she will love you and thrill you everyday and make you laugh regularly. Her soulful eyes are very luring and will steal your heart. She would love a stay at home owner to spend time with but would be okay on her own as well. Cute as a button she will bring her new family alot of joy and pleasure and would like to be included in everything. She loves walks and playtime and even enjoys the car! Give her a chance and she'll take your life by storm. An adoption application is required - send email request to loripasch@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Blanca, a Downey Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Downey, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Downey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Downey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Downey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Downey paves the way for another one to be saved.
