Bridgett's Story...
This GORGEOUS 6 yr old is definately worth her weight in gold! She is very shy, quiet and timid but a cuddlebug nevertheless. Begging for love and affection she is looking for an owner to spend time with her and spoil her rotten. An INDOOR dog and considered a furniture girl she will delight you and make a wonderful companion. She enjoys walks and rides in the car. She is already completely housetrained and obienced trained. She would make a great companion for another Cocker Male K9 who would be submissive. She prefers OLDER kids and loves adults alike and would like an experienced Cocker household who understands her breed. She comes in a pint size package but packs a punch as she is all muscle! Stocky little legs add to her features and will wow you once her feet get a going! She will bring delight and laughter on a daily basis to any household and with her soulful eyes she will melt you heart and bring you into her trap! An adoption application is required - SEND EMAIL request to loripasch@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bridgett, a Downey Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Downey, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Downey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Downey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Downey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Downey paves the way for another one to be saved.
