Sage (Julia)'s Story...
Sage (Julia) was adopted from us as a young puppy. She was returned through no fault of heron.

Sage is a little shy with strangers but is sweet when she accepts you. She loves to play fetch and hide her treats and toy around the house.. She may be a little nippy when playing so may not be good with little kids until she has been worked with. She is working on house training.

All adoptable pets have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. For more information about adoption, please contact Camp Companion at 507-951-7801, www.campcompanion.org, or find us on Facebook!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sage (Julia), a Rochester Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Rochester, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Rochester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rochester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rochester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rochester paves the way for another one to be saved.
