Casper would prefer a work from home or stay at home owner, as he gets anxious when left for over 4 hours..... This cutie patootey just wants to be loved and reassured... are you his special person?
Casper's "special need" is that he is deaf (deaf dogs are awesome and easy, see: http://deafdogsrock.com/ ). He may also have some shortsightedness; though he can chase a ball just fine (boy does he love fetch!) it may contribute to his anxiety around other dogs. Due to his deafness, we'd prefer a home with a fenced yard, because if Casper can't see you, he can't "hear" you!
