My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet a real miracle of a girl; Sweet Frannie, a 9-10 year old senior Pug weighing 13 lbs that was carelessly thrown away at a terrible rural shelter in Tennessee. She had been neglected and was sitting there trembling in the corner of huge shelter pen where many dogs were thrown together to defend themselves should any dog or dogs decide to get aggressive and hurt them. She was in pain with a horrible eye infection and ears that needed a lot of medication and TLC. Since the infections went untreated for so long she does have a few issues with her sight and hearing, but that doesn't slow this spunky girl down. Frannie loves back scratches from her foster dad will pout when he stops. When she gets hungry and is ready to eat, she follows her foster mom around the house until she feeds her. Frannie definitely keeps her foster parents laughing all of the time. She falls asleep sitting up and has the cutest Pugalicious snore. If you are a Pug lover and have a soft spot for those homeless dogs in their golden years, Frannie is right up your alley. Many good years are left for this independent little Diva. How could you not love her precious face? She is the queen of making funny faces and sounds, and her great qualities abound. She loves all of the dogs at her foster home and is good with children. This little girl has a lot of love to give and will make someone a great family member. We would prefer a home that isn't too active since she does have sight and hearing loss. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.
