Evoque's Story...
Meet Evoque, a cattle dog shepherd mix, born 7/28/15. Evoque has been fostered with her brothers as well as other dogs and critters. Her mom was a cattle dog mix who weighed approx. 40lbs. This sweet little girl is a happy, healthy, playful, and well socialized pup! Evoque loves to spend time romping with her siblings, playing with toys, and cuddling with her foster mom. She does well with baths, nail trimmings, being crated, and riding in the car. Her adoption fee is $400 and includes her spay, deworming, vaccinations, microchip, and a 5 week puppy class through Pawtopia Dog Training!
She will be ready to go home mid-October.
Please fill out an application at: www.dogsfurdays.org/adoption-application.
Once approved, it will be forwarded to the dog's foster who will set up a meet and greet with you.
Thanks for your interest in rescue!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Evoque, a San Diego Cattle Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cattle Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Cattle Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cattle Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Cattle Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
