Hi! I'm Fiona! I came to this rescue right after the recent hurricane that went through south Carolina. My owners had me chained to a broken dog house. I had water all the way up to my chest. A lady driving by stopped and begged my owners to let her take me. They did and she called my rescue group and they took me right in. I'm a super sweet girl who just loves humans! Can I Come love on you?
