Here's what the humans have to say about me:
New arrival for adoption - Socks is a 3-month old mix of perhaps Husky/Labrador Retriever/ and maybe some Border Collie. She, along with four other siblings, was left at a rural shelter but she is now ready to find that forever home. She is a sweet loving girl and weighs approximately 14 pounds. Since coming to the foster’s home she loves to run around in his big fenced back yard with her sisters chasing down squeaky toys, tennis balls, or just being a puppy. She gets along well with the foster’s older bigger dogs, and she is just becoming curious about cats. Socks is still a puppy so she will require time and patience as she learns crate training, walking on a leash, basic commands, and of course becoming housebroken. If you are up for the task and have the time and the energy that is needed for a puppy, please fill out an online application at henricohumane.org. or visit us at our weekly adoption stand on Saturday from 11-2 at the Petco in Short Pump.
