My name is Little Boy. I lived with my family for 13 happy years... but one day the kids decided kittens would be more fun than me. So my Dad put me outside. I was sad and scared, and didn't understand. I stood by the door waiting to be let in. But when the door opened they pushed me away. I thought there must be a mistake. I started getting hungry. For days I begged. Then weeks. I started to visit the neighbors' houses to beg for food. I finally found a lady who noticed my sad eyes and rumbly belly. She fed me. She didn't push me away. I decided I would live in her yard. Soon summer turned to fall and it was getting colder....I was so thin and shivery. She took me to the vet, got me a checkup and LET ME INSIDE!!
I have my own little fleecy bed now, and I'm not cold anymore. And the food is great! But now I need a good home. My foster mom tells me I am "special needs". My kidneys are old and slowing down a bit. I need to eat a special diet that can be purchased from a vet or some local pet stores. I don't eat much, so it's not expensive.
I am very nice, affectionate and cuddly. I purr loudly, and knead my little feet in the air. I love to be pet. I have sweet and soulful eyes. And a soft meow like a kitten. And I am declawed. I just need someone to love me for the rest of my days.....I will be a grateful companion. My foster mom keeps telling me there's a home out there for me, but I think she is afraid no one will ever love an older boy like me....
