Jazz was rescued from a neglectful situation and it's like she's thankful for every day now. Her tail never stops wagging and she wants to be near her person! Jazz is about 2 years old and weighs 15 pounds. She likes to play with the other dogs in her foster home and is becoming a pro at snuggling. Jazz is being fostered in West TN and will be transported once her adoption is finalized.
