"O'Marley" is a lovely one-year old female Tuxedo kitty who was surrendered by her owner on August 5, 2015 along with her four 3-week old kittens (Egypt, India, Morocco, and Sahara). Good fortune was smiling upon "O'Marley" when one of our wonderful mothers offered this sweet momma and her kittens the hospitality of her home on August 15th and gave "O'Marley" the opportunity to raise her kittens in a safe, loving environment. Momma "O'Marley" has a black-and-white short smooth coat in a tuxedo pattern, a long tail, and a beautiful face with large green/gold eyes and long white whiskers. She has a sweet, lovable personality and has been a wonderful mother to her kittens. "O'Marley" has been combo tested and is negative for feline leukemia, FIV, and heartworm (which is also great news for her kittens as well). O'Marley is a petite kitty who weighs 6.4 lbs. UPDATE: O'Marley's foster mother brought the family back to the shelter for a photo session on October 3, 2015, and we were thrilled to see what healthy, happy youngsters O'Marley (and her foster mother) had raised :) The kittens are now posted under their individual names with photos. NOTE: "O'Marley" was spayed on October 18, 2015 and was also given rabies vaccine. Her adoption fee would be just $20 with an approved adoption application. UPDATE: All of O'Marley's kittens have been adopted/rescued, but their beautiful mother is still waiting for someone to fall in love with her and give her the loving home she deserves.
Humane Society of the Ohio Valley "O'Marlely" is merely an overgrown kitten herself with kittens of her own .. Her foster mother tells us that O'Marley has a very playful side to her personality. During this litle family's photo session, it was O'Marley who took the initiative to jump up on the bright green blanket to have her glamour pictures taken .. and to relax :)
O'Marley's foster mother writes .. Marley is a good mom to her babies,. She is looking for a wonderful home of her own. Since she has settled in, I have witnessed her playful side.
