Our dashing gentleman Tux is all dressed up and ready for the ball. Now all he needs is the right date--could it be you? Tux has a very sweet disposition and is always ready for a walk. He politely waits for his harness, and is happy to give a few kisses while his handler is putting it on. He shows friendly interest in other dogs, and loves to soak up the sights and smells of the paths surrounding the shelter. Tux can be a bit stubborn, pulling a bit on his walks and stalling when he's found something he particularly wants to smell or investigate. However with some enthusiastic coaxing, he can be encouraged to follow his walking partner's lead. Tux attends BAD RAP classes every week to learn the finer points of doggy etiquette including loose leash walking and basic commands such as "sit", "down", and "stay". He loves to train and learn.
