Hershey is a one year old Chihuahua weighing 7.13 pounds. Her owner died and the caretaker turned her and 6 other dogs into the Lake County Animal Services. She is a real cutie but is a little shy and scared. She is a sweet dog who needs a stable home. She appears to be housetrained.
