Important Note

Felipe is best friends with Frenchie. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!
Felipe is just Mr. Handsome - so adorable! He is white with a few orange spots, Manx/Japanese Bobtail mix, with the most beautiful eyes having an orange exclamation mark over each. (His tail is very short with a crook in it) He has a great personality, too! He is loving, cuddly, and sweet; just all around perfect! Felipe and his sister Frenchie have been well-cared for in a loving home and they are extremely beautifully bonded. The current owner is seriously ill and can no longer care for them. He is looking for someone who will provide them a loving forever home together.

About Mimi's Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We are devoted to saving the lives of kittens and cats and are dedicated to finding them quality homes. As a 501c3 Non-profit organization all donations go directly toward the feeding and medical care of our rescued animals and all contributions are tax deductible.

Come Meet Our Pets...

For more information or to schedule an appointment to meet any of our cats/kittens, please contact Emily at 941-321-1096. We are a no-kill animal rescue located in Sarasota, Florida. We do not have a shelter but rather raise our kittens in foster homes throughout the community. Many of our animals are bottle babies which cause them to be very loving right from the start. We look forward to introducing you to your new furever friends!

We are at Petco across from Sarasota Square Mall most weekends from 2-4. Let us know which fur baby you would like to meet and we will be sure to bring them along.

Our Adoption Process...

An adoption application is required, All adopters must agree to keep the cats inside and that they will not have them declawed.

All cats are tested for FIV/FeLV, fecal test, treated for fleas, worms, earmites, receive their vaccines, are spayed or neutered and microchipped.
