My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Mud and I have a sister named Puddle. My foster mom says she thought the names were appropriate since we were rescued during the recent soggy weather. I guess it's an okay moniker - at least it's not something totally ridiculous like Fifi or Spot. I was just so very relieved to get out of that noisy smelly doggie jail and into a home where I can play and look for adventures then have a nice plush bed to relax on. I do love an exciting adventure, but I also adore some snuggle time in my human's lap. My sister usually tries to hog the lap time, though - sheesh, can sisters be really annoying and immature! I can't wait to have a family of my very own!

I'm not sure when I was born (hey - no judging! My beautiful brown eyes weren't even open yet so how could I be expected to look at a calendar?!) but my foster mom thinks I am between three and four months young. I'm about 15 delightful lbs of pure precious puppy (but those darn scales at the vet's office are obviously rigged - I only had a few puppy treats. Really...) I've been eating healthy and trying to be mindful of my weight. My sister would really torment me if I got pudgy - I can just imagine the teasing I'd have to endure! Did I already mention that sisters are immature and annoying?!?

Oh well, my mom says I need to get off the computer and take a puppy nap so I'll be ready for my next adventure. Oh how I hope a nice family sees my handsome face and wants to give me a furever home, preferably with a fenced yard to keep me safe. Pretty please... with puppy kisses on top...
