Hi friends my name is Mathew. I am a t2 year old Shih Tzu mix and weigh 11lbs. No one really knows how long I have been homeless. I was found looking through garbage cans for food. I was hurt and very neglected. I was so happy when a good Samaritan picked me up. Now I am at P2CC waiting for my new home. I am a sweet and gentle boy that loves to go for walks.
