Elvis Sad story's Story...
Ok Elvis was turned over to a local AC, they felt soooo bad for him because he had been attacked by a family dog and took a chunk out of his top front lip, and part of his ear. IT has all healed up but it looks as though Elvis has a constant smile on his face! You can see it in the second pic of him. HE is so happy, and loves to carry his toys around in his mouth.....he will grab mulitple toys, it is cute to watch. HE is a good boy and would love to have a new start in life..... All the staff work wtih the dogs and most are KENNEL trained during their stay with us, but that doesnt mean HOUSETRAINED! All of our dogs receive extra love and attention. They are tested for Heartworms, vaccinated, spay/neutered, microchipped and Revolution flea/tick applied prior to adoption. We REQUIRE an approved application including vet reference for adoption and a home visit in some circumstances. Each dog will be placed in a home that is appropriate for that dog and we reserve the right to deny adoption for any reason.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Elvis Sad story, a Newburgh Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Newburgh, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Newburgh.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newburgh already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newburgh breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newburgh paves the way for another one to be saved.
