Poco's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Poco's Story...
Are you looking for the love of your life? Well Poco is your guy! He isn't high maintenance like most handsome fellows. He is as low key and snuggly as they come! He loves to play fetch but is also perfectly happy snuggling you on the couch! Housetrained, crate trained, and amazing on leash! This guy would do well with a backyard or regular leash walks. We estimate Poco to be around 10 years old but that isn't very old for a Pomeranian mix. He is less than 10 lbs and a precious fuzz ball! Poco loves cats, dogs, and kids!

Poco is heartworm negative, up to date on vaccines, neutered, had a recent dental cleaning, and microchipped. If you'd like to learn more about the adoption process please email info@FORrescue.net or apply directly at http://www.FORrescue.net/dog-application

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Poco, a Homewood Pomeranian/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian/Chihuahua for sale in Homewood, or seeking a Pomeranian/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Homewood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Homewood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Homewood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian/Chihuahua breeders who help with Pomeranian/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Homewood paves the way for another one to be saved.
