Benjamin's Story...
Hi there! My name is Benjamin. I am a FUN FUN kitten! I am very active and I rarely stop moving! I am always looking for toys to play with or objects to investigate. Everything is interesting to me! That means people, too! I love to have my foster mom play with me all the time! When she has a cat teaser that she drags across a floor or dangles it in the air I go into overdrive. I move about 2X faster than other kittens and I never get tired! My foster mom sometimes calls me Zoom Zoom! I love sheets of paper that I can tear into or pens to move around. My foster mom learned that when I was on her desk and she was trying to work!

Did I mention I am also very cute? I am a Tuxedo kitten and my foster mom says Tuxedo’s have the best personality. I was born sometime in June on a horse farm in Perkasie and taken to my foster mom when I was about 8 weeks old. I live with lots of other kittens, cats and 2 big dogs. I get along with everyone because there’s always someone to play with!

Benjamin is neutered, litterbox trained, has received age-appropriate vaccinations, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Benjamin, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
