Ginger's Story...
If you are looking for a pretty petite girl, then Ginger is the one! 3 years old and weighing 10 pounds, this tiny girl is just the right age and size!!!

Ginger loves to be close to her person. Right beside you on the couch, under the covers in the bed, on your lap in the chair, she just wants to cuddle, kiss and snuggle!

She is very playful with the other dogs and puppies, and loves to play with the cat at her foster moms house. She loves children, but may do best in a home with older children due to her small size. She is just all around a great little girl.

Apply today so this pixie can belong to you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ginger, a Cooperstown Chihuahua/Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Cocker Spaniel for sale in Cooperstown, or seeking a Chihuahua/Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Cooperstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cooperstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cooperstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Chihuahua/Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cooperstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
