My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Name: Shay
Sex: Female
Breed: Lab Mix
Age: 2 years
Weight: 60 lbs
Good with: People, cats, dogs
Shay is a young girl who was dropped at an Alabama shelter with her 7 puppies when they were 2 weeks old. Shay is an energetic, young dog who loves taking long walks and enjoying plenty of playtime in the house. Shay would do well with an active family and a large yard, she’s loves running, walking and the outdoors. She’s very friendly with both people and other dogs. Her favorite treats are training treats, bully sticks and raw marrow bones. Her favorite toys are her kong wubba and any furry squeaky toys. Shay is working on leash training and learning to “sit”. She is not protective of her food. She’s currently living in a city setting, and she is fine with the noise of the cars, buses, trucks and people.
