Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Reba is a five-year-old female Shar Pei-mix looking for a loving guardian.
I’m not sure what Reba is mixed with … but she is tall and slim, about 45 pounds, and runs like a greyhound! But she definitely has the wrinkly face, triangle ears and skinny little tail of a Shar Pei. She knows the command sit and takes treats gently from your fingers. She’s also housebroken and crate-trained. She enjoys the company of most other dogs.
Poor Reba was turned into Chicago Animal Care & Control when she was pregnant. She had her puppies in a foster home and was very protective of them. She was a great mom. Now it’s her turn to find a loving home.
Reba is active and fun and would love a fenced yard so she can run and play. Her adoption fee of $225 benefits rescued dogs. She is very healthy, spayed, de-wormed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, and heartworm-tested, and on monthly heartworm preventative. She is currently at a boarding center in Plano, Illinois.
