Penny is a tall, lanky, silly and quirky, 16-month-old, 45-pound, shy, energetic and playful Shar Pei-mix looking for a loving guardian.

Penny is a sweet, active and sometimes timid girl who needs someone with patience and dog-experience to train her and help build her confidence. She is full of fun energy and LOVES other dogs. Guesses as to her breed mix include shepherd, husky, greyhound and many others.

Penny is healthy, de-wormed, spayed, up to date on vaccines, micro-chipped and heartworm tested. Her adoption fee of $300 benefits rescued dogs. Penny is currently at a boarding center in Plano, Illinois.
