found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed, housetrained, and up to date with shots.
This one-eyed senior is still a lively pup who needs a moderately active home. Sydney is about 20 lbs and we suspect she may be mixed with some kind of terrier. She is a sweet, affectionate girl who loves everyone (we have not tested with children, so an assessment would be required before adopting to a home with kids). She loves following her people around the house, taking walks, belly rubs, snuggling and naps! She would prefer to live with someone who's home a lot to keep her company and her favorite thing to do is perch herself where she can watch the world go by outside her window. While she is quiet in her crate at night, she's not one of those Shibas that doesn't ever bark (not a surprise if she really is a terrier mix), so she needs a home that won't mind her "yelling" at the squirrels in the yard and any neighbors within view. A home with a 6ft. privacy fence or in a quieter neighborhood would help with that.
Sydney came into rescue with two mast cell tumors that thankfully had not spread and the vet was able to successfully remove them. She has had a smooth recovery and is healthy and ready for a loving forever home! Her adoption fee is $50 and includes her tumor removal surgery, dental, microchip, spay, vaccinations, de-worming and heartworm test.
