Brix's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Brix's Story...
Brix is a 4 year old Plott hound/ Boxer mix. We pulled him from a high kill shelter, he was very skinny and tested heartworm positive. He’s had his treatments and now is heartworm negative. Brix enjoys playing, loves bones, and attention. He is a sweet boy with a big smile just looking for his home sweet home. He gets along with other dogs as long as the male is neutered and don’t try to claim dominance. If Brix feels threatened then he will defend himself. So he needs in a home to either be the only dog, loving easy going neutered male, or a female. Brix is more than ready for his home sweet home. Could this be with you?
Brix is up to date on shots, neutered, heartworm negative, and on preventatives.
**Please note Brix is being fostered in Tennessee. We do transport out of state but you would not be able to meet him prior to adoption. We do offer money back guarantee (less transport fee) within 14 days. We know it is difficult not meeting the dog before you make a decision but we will do everything possible to make sure he is the perfect match for you and your family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brix, a Allentown Plott Hound/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Plott Hound/Boxer for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Plott Hound/Boxer dog from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Plott Hound/Boxer breeders who help with Plott Hound/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
