This family came from rough beginnings. They were born to careless people in Bakersfield who just continually allow their throw away backyard dogs to breed. In this particular case, the poor mommy who wasn't that large had 17 puppies. 2 puppies died, and shortly thereafter so did mom. The lovely family gave away 5 puppies to their "friends". That left 10. A rescue up there got involved. They took 6 and we took 4. The great news is, that they were bottle-fed. Bottle-fed puppies make the best puppies ever. They receive so much human imprinting at such an important time that they grow up to be amazingly well balanced happy puppies. Minxee is 5 pounds of yummy brindle coat! Its like she is wearing brindle stockings. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Also included is a free health check by our licensed veterinarian a lifetime membership to www.mypettrainer.com, and www.lostmypet.com. The dogs that come out of our program are very well socialized when they leave, both with people, and other dogs. It is up to the new owners to maintain this. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. Bark n' Bitches asks for your support by taking advantage of the generous 20% one time shopping discount once you adopt. An adoption fee, application, contract are required.
