My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bella is a 9 month old yorkie/cairn terrier mix who was rescued from a water filled ditch on a cold, rainy night in November 2007. A shelter volunteer was driving home and saw someone throw something out of a car. She got out and found this soaking wet baby in the ditch, took her home and has lovingly cared for Bella who is now ready for adoption. Bella will always be tiny at 5-6 pounds. She loves to play with her little squeeky toys and is the world's best small snuggler! We are looking for a special home for Bella: adults only and someone home most of the time, because she is accustomed to a lot of attention and love. She is much too fragile to play with big dogs or kids, and has been in an adult only home since her rescue. Bella is with a NO KILL, non profit, 501c3 rescue. Her adoption fee of $300.00 covers her spay, shots, worming, heartworm test and pill, and HomeAgain microchip.
