Peter's Story...
Meet PETER!
Peter is a super sweet and gentle LOVE BUG. He's 13 wks old mixed breed pup ("Potcake") who traveled all the way from the Bahamas just to meet you! His foster mom tells us that she's a smart cookie and already knows how to sit for treats and walk on a leash. He gets along great with his siblings too!

If you're interested in adopting this cute boy, please complete the online adoption application on our website, www.BeaconAnimalRescue.org, and we'll set up a meet & greet ASAP!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Peter, a Ocean View German Shepherd Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Ocean View, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Ocean View.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ocean View already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ocean View breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ocean View paves the way for another one to be saved.
