Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sweet little Edie is a gentle soul who really wants a home and a heart to call her own. She was brought to the shelter by her owner for reasons unknown. The shelter had her listed as senior, geriatric not able to walk and incontinent. Seemed euthanasia was the option for her unless a rescue stepped in, so we had to save her. All medical issues have been resolved (she is able to walk and run!) and she moves faster than any dog we've seen. She has such a zest for life its amazing!
She is such an inquisitive, wonderful girl, we know she would be the perfect child companion dog as a treasured best friend. A dog to go on adventures with, walks and hikes. She loves to play with other dogs and would do best in a home with a playful dog, she can even get the shy dogs to play, but would also love all the attention of being an only dog...so any home that will provide her with love and patience is what she needs.
Edie would love to be in a home with her new family. From thrown away to treasured, that's what we are hoping for. Contact us at: adoptions@apeaction.org to meet this amazing girl who is available this weekend for a meet and greet!
