Sweet little Ember is a medium energy terrier/chihuahua mix girl who does great with kids, other dogs and cats. She loves people and seeks their attention so she can get belly rubs. She has beautiful brown eyes and shiny white-brown coat and is easy going girl that likes to play and cuddle with her people. Petite at around only 15 pounds this girl has a big heart for everyone she meets. She is crate trained and house trained and really enjoys the company of another dog, so it would be great if she can find a home with another small or medium sized dog. She is still learning to walk on the leash but does really well. Ember is heartworm negative, has been spayed, is current on vaccinations and microchipped. Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua for sale in Nashville, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Nashville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nashville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nashville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
