Ava's Story...
***COURTESY POST***
Ava is a 4 month old puppy girl found on Craigslist and rescued before her and her sister, Asha, could be taken to the shelter or given away. Now in a wonderful foster home. Both girls are now up to date on shots, have been spayed and micro-chipped and are taking applications for their forever homes. Ava is a brave little girl and has no problem jumping right in to play with the big dogs. Such a sweet heart snuggler too. If you'd like to adopt her or for more information please contact Andrea at deadendandrea@hotmail.com Adoption Fee and Home Check Apply.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ava, a Palm Springs American Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Palm Springs, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Palm Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Palm Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Palm Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Palm Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
