Bella's Story...
This kitten is one of a litter of four 3 to 4 week old black and white tuxedo kittens found in a wooded area belonging to a semi –feral mother cat. The kittens had been well cared for by Mom as evidenced by their health and weight. Two of the kittens did not wean well and lost some weight and warranted a trip to the vet for advice and care. Both kittens are doing great after a short stay at the vet. Three kittens are male (two long haired and one short hair) and one is a long haired female. All are very sweet natured, tame and play like crazy. Now that they are 9-10 weeks old, they’re ready for adoption. Bella sometimes will stand back and watch her brothers play and then when she can't stand it any longer, she rushes in for an attack. Beautiful pink nosed kitten loves to play and is so beautiful.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bella, a Harrisburg Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Harrisburg, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Harrisburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Harrisburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Harrisburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Harrisburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
