Rosie's Story...
Hi,I'm Rosie,Kami's mama.My owners were on their way to the local animal control to leave me because I was pregnant and they didn't want me or my babies. There was a lady there that told my owners about a lady that takes care of little dogs like me,so my owner took me there.WOW ! I was greeted by lots of little dogs, but I was scared. The lady with the dogs put me in a nice warm bed and then before you know it I began to hurt real bad.My first baby was born, but he died and so did the next two babies. I finally had my last one and it was my little girl,Kami.I will have most of my vaccines when I come to you,but I should go to your vet so you have peace of mind and know that I am healthy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rosie, a Shannon Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Shannon, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Shannon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Shannon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Shannon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Shannon paves the way for another one to be saved.
