My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Laurel (HWTH#15419A). He is a Terrier mix, DOB: 10/13/13. Laurel weighs approximately 45 pounds and stands 21 inches at the shoulders. He and a companion dog (Hardy) were found in a neighborhood in Lake Los Angeles. Laurel's left leg was badly broken when found and he had to have his entire left leg amputated. He has recovered and is doing very well getting around on 3 legs. This is a most loving dog with a wonderful spirit that will brighten anyone's life. He has a mellow, submissive personality (he likes to give small kisses) and is happy to be with people and other dogs. Dogs can do very well having only 3 legs so it will only be a very slight disability for him in the future. Laurel is crate trained.
