Olive's Story...
Olive is a very special dog with some special requirements. She is super sweet and loves kids. However, she gets very protective of "her" kids and is not good when friends come over. She does not need to be around cats and although she really likes other dogs, she does again, get protective of what she thinks is hers. Olive just needs a home with a secure fenced yard and a mom and dad that just want the love of a super sweet girl. I have videos of her that might help. Her family really loved her and the kids adored her but they had too much traffic through the house and Olive was always trying to figure out who was good and who was not. She is about 2 years old and weighs 35 to 40 lbs. She looks like a short legged husky. If you are a couple that likes to hike and do outdoor things but have an otherwise quiet life, you will not be sorry you made sweet Olive a part of your family! She is spayed, UTD on all shots and HW negative. If you would like more info and an app, please contact or

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Olive, a Hagerstown Husky/Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Corgi for sale in Hagerstown, or seeking a Husky/Corgi dog from a breeder in Hagerstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hagerstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hagerstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Corgi breeders who help with Husky/Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hagerstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
