Lillie is the most precious 3 yr old Poodle/Shih tzu mix. She was surrendered to a shelter, when her elderly owner could no longer care for her. Lillie is spayed, current on all vaccines, heartworm negative, on preventatives and microchipped. Lillie is a little shy at first, but she warms up quickly. She weighs about 10 lbs, but her ideal body weight is closer to 8lbs. She was accustomed to eating people food. Lillie gets along with other dogs and her disposition makes us think she would be fine with cats as well. She walks well on a leash and minds her manners off leash as well. Lillie will need regular grooming. Lillie is housebroken as well.
APPLICATION AND HOME VISIT REQUIRED. ADOPTION FEE $250
BLUEGRASS SENIOR DOG RESCUE ONLY FOSTERS/ADOPTS DOGS THAT ARE FULLY VACCINATED INCLUDING RABIES AND BORDATELLA AND ARE SPAYED/NEUTERED. BEGINNING 2015 ALL ANIMALS ARE MICROCHIPPED AND THE RESCUE PAYS THE REGISTRATION FEE. APPLICATION AND HOME VISIT REQUIRED.
Bluegrass Senior Dog Rescue recruits individuals to foster our dogs on a temporary or long term basis. The rescue pays for all of the dog’s veterinary care and monthly preventatives for the dog while in foster care.
NOTE-Fosters must live within 100 mile radius of Georgetown KY.
