My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Reggie is a handsome one year old Labrador Retriever. He is great with other dogs and always has a big doggie smile on his face! He is neutered, current on vaccinations and micro chipped. He weighs 55 pounds.

Reggie has a great disposition, knows sit and down commands, loves to retrieve a ball. He has high energy and is very adoptable! He would be great for an active person or family. He needs an enclosed yard in which to play and someone who will continue his training. He needs a very high wall in the yard that he cannot jump over or always be supervised outside. Reggie rides well in the car and would love to hike, run or swim with you. What a great dog!

Reggie says, "I haven’t met a cat yet so we would need to check that out before committing. I think kids are great but I’m working right now on learning to stay calm and keep all 4 paws on the floor when I get excited (learning not to jump) so if you have little kids you would need to work with me and your children on proper behavior. I think bigger kids would be completely fine and I would love someone to run around with me – maybe even playing ball or something fun. I would be happy with another k-9 sibling or being an only dog. But if I’m the only dog, make sure you are active and ready to help me burn off my energy."
