ANA's Story...
Ana is a stunning little Dutch Shepherd mix girl who is about one year old and weighs 37 pounds. We don’t think she will get too much larger. She has a beautiful brindle coat that is typical of the breed, pointy shepherd ears and that shepherd intelligence, all in a compact package. She will certainly turn some heads when you take her out for a walk. Ana is a happy girl and is very friendly with both people and other dogs. She is very social with all of the dogs at her foster home and is submissive to them. Ana would be a wonderful companion for an active single person, couple or family that enjoys hiking in the woods, taking walks in the neighborhood or socializing at the dog park. Ana also enjoys her down time with her humans and dog friends and is content to chill with them or by herself. Ana has been vetted, spayed and is current on all of her shots and is just waiting for that special person or family to call or email to let us know they want to bring this sweet girl to their home. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. CONTACT US AT 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

ANA, a Brattleboro Dutch Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dutch Shepherd for sale in Brattleboro, or seeking a Dutch Shepherd dog from a breeder in Brattleboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brattleboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brattleboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dutch Shepherd breeders who help with Dutch Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brattleboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
