Quinn's Story...

Quinn is a very outgoing Chihuahua about 3-4 years old. We rescued him from the shelter the day before his euthanasia because he was malnourished, in need of a dental and looked twice his age. After having a blood panel and fattening him up some we got him neutered and gave him a well needed dental. While Quinn still needs to put on some weight it will take a while because he has a lot of energy. He gets very excited to go on walks and car rides. He loves to run around the back yard and play catch me if you can. He has lots of personality. He is crate trained, sleeps in his crate at night and stays in it when his foster is not at home. He does not use potty pads and goes outside to potty. Quinn is an awesome dog and has a very comical personality.

Quinn is a very friendly and loving dog but does like to keep busy. He would not do well in an apartment as he needs a yard to run around in. He would love another doggie companion but it is not required. He does need daily walks and playtime and he is good with children. He is neutered, received a dental, UTD with vaccines, microchipped, heartworm negative and started on heartworm preventive and he has also been dewormed. His adoption fee is $150. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Quinn, a Vacaville Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Vacaville, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Vacaville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vacaville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vacaville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vacaville paves the way for another one to be saved.
