My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Willow! This perky, little canine cutie is hungry for love and attention. Willow is somewhat cautious with strangers, but she warms up very quickly, and is friendly and affectionate with everyone she knows. Willow is also highly alert and always on the look-out for fun and adventure. She likes taking brisk walks on leash, almost as much as she enjoys being held, cuddled, and carried.
Willow is about 3 years old and she recently weighed in at a petite, yet sturdy, 7 pounds. We're also happy to report that this vivacious, little sprite has tested negative for heartworm disease!
If you have room in your life for this charming lovebug, then come meet Willow, today! You can text her foster family at (225) 281-4638 or just stop by the FOTA Adoption House, at 8476 Highland Road, and ask for Willow. The House is open weekdays from 11:30 -5:00 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 3:00 pm. All dogs adopted through Friends of the Animals are current on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed or neutered prior to adoption.
