Felix is male Spitz mix. Felix came to Furry Kids' Refuge when his time had run out at a local kill shelter. Felix loves people and and gets along well with other dogs. He loves to play and just have fun! He loves playing in the water too ! Felix would be a great companion to someone who likes to walk. He is crate/kennel trained but we are unsure if he is housebroken because he is in boarding until a foster home to become available. A crate/kennel is a great tool in helping master this skill and he is worth the time & effort! Felix is a smart boy...so it shouldn't take any time at all!
Felix has been neutered, heart worm tested negative, vaccinated, micro chipped and id on monthly heartworm prevention. Please fill out a application at www.furrykidsrefuge.org, click on 'Adopt A Dog' and a dedicated volunteer will be in touch.
Furry Kids' Refuge is in need of good quality dog and puppy food with meat as the first ingredient. You can drop off donations at our weekly adoption events at the Lee's Summit Petco (1860 NW Chipman Road, Lee's Summit, MO), Saturdays only from Noon to 4:00 p.m. Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
