Karmen is a female Maltese/Havanese mix approximately 2 years in age. She has been professionally groomed and has a lovely, soft cream color coat with some very light apricot highlights. Karmen's wavy coat is non-shedding. She currently weighs 14 pounds full-grown. Karmen is a pretty, kind-hearted, feminine dog. She has a sweet, quiet way about her and is never demanding. She is polite, affectionate, and will most likely bond very closely with those who care for her and love her. She absolutely adores being stroked, petted, and talked to. She will roll over on her back for belly rubs and is just as sweet as can be. She likes treats and will take them carefully from your hand. Karmen walks very easily on leash without pulling. She will stay close to your side when out and about and looks to her people for direction and comfort. She is going to be a wonderful snuggle bug inside the house and a loyal companion in public. Karmen is good with children and good with other dogs. She truly has a heart of gold. She likes being held and snuggling, but if you are doing things she will easily curl up in a doggie bed and snooze or simply watch what you are doing from afar. She is not a barker and is very eager to please. Karmen was rescued from a very high-volume/high-kill shelter where she was brought in stray. She is a darling dog and will make a wonderful pet and companion. Karmen is ready for her new forever home today!

Karmen’s adoption donation is $425 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). She has been SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Karmen is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Lynda, Eric and Lisa and is ready for her forever home.
