My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello--My name is Lucy. I am a 6 year young Papillion (maybe Jack Russell) mix. I only weigh 14lbs and I am as cute as a button!
My former family had 2 kids who I was great with, but both the parents work full time and the daddy started traveling a lot for work. Also there are some big medical issues that my family is dealing with right now and I just seem to not be helping with a difficult situation. I am desperate for attention from the adults and have been acting out. I have had some accidents in the house and acting nervous. My parents felt it's not fair for me to stay home alone for so long while they're working. I just need more exercise and attention!
I am good with other dogs and good with the children. I have been good at my foster mom’s house with the dogs and the cat. I have been with children from newborn to 10 years old. I am energetic, love to play, and enjoy going for long walks. I especially enjoy cuddle time. If you think that I might be a good addition to your family, please contact Chicagoland Dog Rescue.
