Chief's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Chief's Story...
Chief is an 11 month old shepherd mix with great personality.
He's a fun loving dog who gets along with most other dogs and given the
chance to get use to cats has no problems either. He's loves to run around
and play fetch still figuring out how to bring back the frisbee. Knows basic
commands and listens well. Would be best with older children as he sometimes
forgets him self. Will do just about anything for a treat and just loves
going for long runs and walks. He is trained on a gentle leader and is
great. He is also crate trained and still very puppy like and likes to chew.
So would need a puppy prof house. Needs regular brushing as he has some long
hair and loves to be brushed.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chief, a Caledon German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Caledon, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Caledon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Caledon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Caledon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Caledon paves the way for another one to be saved.
